The 3rd Monthly Meeting of CREDAI Hyderabad was held on 24th January 2024 at Taj Vivanta, Begumpet. Sri V. Rajashekar Reddy, President, along with Sri N. Jaideep Reddy, President-Elect, Sri B. Jagannath Rao, General Secretary, and Sri K. Rambabu, Vice President, felicitated the Chief Guest, Sri N. Satyanarayana, IAS, Chairperson, TSRERA.
The 4th Monthly Meeting of CREDAI Hyderabad was held on 23rd February 2024 at Trident, HITEC City. Sri V. Rajashekar Reddy, President, and Sri B. Jagannath Rao, General Secretary, felicitated Sri Ramachandran, Founder – Vachana, who delivered an insightful session on “Companies Act – TheLast Decade.” Sri Aditya Gowra was also felicitated in recognition of his contribution to the Fire Command Center.
The 5th Monthly Meeting of CREDAI Hyderabad was held on 22nd March 2024 at Botonika, Gachibowli. The session featured Mr. Vaibhav Sunil Jakkhodia, who shared insights on the commercial and residential real estate landscape of Hyderabad. The 6th Monthly Meeting of CREDAI Hyderabad was held on 26th April 2024 at ITC Kohenur, Madhapur. The session featured Mr. Ashok V. S., Senior Director & Head – Cost Management, JLL, who presented insights from the “Construction Cost Guide in India 2024.” The Managing Committee also congratulated Sri K. Indrasena Reddy on being elected as President-Elect of CREDAI Telangana.
The May 2024 Monthly Meeting of CREDAI Hyderabad featured a special address by Shri Vidyadhar, Director, Planning-1, HMDA. He shared key insights on planning aspects and developments relevant to the real estate sector,providing valuable perspectives to members.
CREDAI Hyderabad Monthly Meeting held on 13th September 2024 saw an engaging turnout fromthe real estate community. Key highlights included a session by Mr. A.V. Ranganath, Commissionerof HYDRA, who discussed HYDRA initiatives for urban development, and Mr. M. Sunil Kumar, Adjunct Professor at Nalsar University, who provided critical insights on Land Laws and the ROR Act. The meeting also included a discussion on streamlining water and sewerage connections by Sri K. Ashok Reddy, IAS, MD, HMWSSB, along with real estate market insights by Sri Abhishek Kiran Gupta, CEO, CRE Matrix.
